Get Job Search Ready for 2020

You already know that your 2020 New Year's resolution is to find a new job.  Now's the time to get yourself job search ready so that you can hit the ground running come January!

1. Get clear on what you want.
2. Get your marketing documents (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn) ready 
​3. Start networking, set up some holiday meals with old managers, colleagues, etc.
4. Prepare for the holiday season, think of what you can say to family, friends, etc.
5. Begin thinking about your stories for interviews.
