I kept myself from really going after anything meaningful for years, mostly because my confidence was in the gutter. I simply did not have my own back.
Confidence wasn’t taught in school, it was something we had to discover for ourselves. These days though? It’s different. With two kids currently in the education system, I’ve noticed that they are way more focused on a growth mindset.
