We think procrastination is a character flaw - a sure sign of our laziness and general lack.
The thing is: ALL HUMANS PROCRASTINATE Every single one of us. It’s not a character flaw, it’s just a part of who we are. And when we really get down to the WHY? We can begin implementing a plan so that procrastination doesn’t stop us from completing our work tasks, the actions to finding better opportunities, the reflection to improve our careers. This is what I’m talking about in this week’s YouTube training. It’s going to blow your minds and make you go “oh that makes so much sense” while also leaving you with a set of tools that will help you when your completely normal human brain decides it wants to do anything else but the work at hand.

To put it nicely, they’re so weird. Me standing there spieling a 30 second commercial to someone I don’t know. Or me standing there listening to a 30 second spiel from someone I don’t know. Honestly, my eyes glaze over and I tune out most of the time. That gets us all nowhere.
