I spent 15 years in the recruitment and human resources industry working for a variety of organizations across many sectors.

In that time, I reviewed 100k+ resumes and LinkedIn profiles, conducted 10k+ interviews and hired thousands of employees.

5 years ago I launched my career coaching and resume writing business working with individuals one-on-one to help guide them in discovering a fulfilling career that is aligned with their interests, skills and talents.

I also worked with RiseSmart to provide career transition assistance to impacted employees as a result of downsizing, reorganization and restructuring. Clients included: Manulife, TD, Grand & Toy, and Rexall.
