The 2026 Resume - How to Use AI to Stand Out, Not Blend In

2026 has seen a lot of changes when it comes to the resume and the job search.
And I don’t want to point fingers, but AI is largely to blame.

Because people are using AI to fully write their resumes in the hopes of getting an interview.

But the problem is AI resumes slow down the process drastically. Number one because there are so many of them and number two because they all read the same! One of my leadership clients recently read 80 resumes that all sounded like the same person.

Now I’m not saying not to use AI because it is a tool that helps us navigate the Applicant Tracking System quickly and efficiently. But it’s forgetting about the human that makes the decision on interviews.

In this video, I’m going to talk about why AI is stopping you from getting interviews, and how to actually use it to stand out and get your calendar booked up!
