I spent 15 years hating my work.  Much of that time I tried band-aid fixes, trying to find the "perfect" process and waiting for it to just come to me.

I eventually had to create a process myself.  One that took all I knew from my history in counselling, all my research, plus my 15 years in recruitment to do it.

5 years later that process has helped me and hundreds of others find careers we love.

That process combines classic career counselling methods, psychology, confidence work and career strategy to help you not only uncover what impact you want to have, but to also design a strategy and hold your hand while you get it.

how it works:

Coaching Sessions

We meet weekly for 12 sessions for our 50 minute coaching sessions.  Our sessions are customized to your goals and current situation.  There is minimal work between sessions.  My clients find that prioritizing this time has led to MORE time and energy than before.

Our work may uncover the desire for something new.  As a Certified Professional Resume Writer, I will create a resume from scratch that has your skill set shining and contains all the right keywords, while also infusing it with a little bit of YOU so that your personality comes through.  To learn more click here.

Payment plans (monthly or biweekly payments) available.
