I spent 15 years hating my work.  Much of that time I tried band-aid fixes, trying to find the "perfect" process and waiting for it to just come to me.

I eventually had to create a process myself.  One that took all I knew from my history in counselling, all my research, plus my 15 years in recruitment to do it.

5 years later that process has helped me and hundreds of others find careers we love.

That process combines classic career counselling methods, psychology, confidence work and career strategy to help you not only uncover what impact you want to have, but to also design a strategy and hold your hand while you get it.

What does working together look like?

how it works:

Coaching Sessions

We meet weekly for 3 or 6 months for our 50 minute coaching sessions.  Our sessions are customized to your goals and current situation.  There is minimal work between sessions.  My clients find that prioritizing this time has led to MORE time and energy than before.

Career you love academy membership

While we work together, you'll get access to the Career You Love Academy, my monthly membership.  You'll also have the opportunity (optional of course) to join the Career You Love Framework Course, weekly coaching calls and live monthly trainings. 3 months (12 sessions): $3000.00 plus applicable taxes.
6 months (24 sessions): $5000.00 plus applicable taxes.

Payment plans (monthly or biweekly payments) available.
