Lessons from 10k Interviews

I recruited for 15 years in both agency and corporate settings and I’ve been part of it all. Prescreens, Hiring Manager interviews, Final Interviews, Peer Interviews and on and on. 🤝💼 When I first started my career coaching business 7 (!) years ago, I even did the math. I conducted 10k interviews during my Talent Acquisition, a number that is absolutely mind-blowing. 🤯

But I learned a lot. 📚 Especially as a person who is obsessed with motivations and behaviors - I was always curious about my reactions AND the reactions of the other interviewers in the room. 🤔👥
